Requisitos<\/u><\/span><\/span>:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

-S\u00f3lidos conocimientos de arquitecturas de hardware x86 y x64.<\/h4>\n

-S\u00f3lidos conocimientos de Sistemas Operativos cliente (Windows y Linux) y aplicaciones de escritorio (Microsoft Office 365, SIAP, Antivirus).<\/h4>\n

-S\u00f3lidos conocimientos de herramientas simples de seguridad de escritorio (antivirus, Firewalls personales).<\/h4>\n

-Experiencia y buena trato con clientes.<\/h4>\n

-Registro de Conducir al d\u00eda – Disponibilidad para viajar y para realizar visitas frecuentes a clientes en Mar del plata.<\/h4>\n

-S\u00f3lidos Conocimientos te\u00f3ricos de redes TCP\/IP (Modelo OSI, Capas, protocolos, SubNeting).<\/h4>\n

-S\u00f3lidos Conocimientos de servicios de red comunes (DNS, DHCP,VPN)<\/h4>\n

-Conocimiento de Routers Mikrotik (Configuraci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica, Reglas firewall, Port Forward)<\/h4>\n

-Conocimientos en instalaci\u00f3n de cableados estructurados (armado de Patch Cord, impactado de Jacks y testing de l\u00edneas de Red).<\/h4>\n

-Conocimientos en instalaci\u00f3n de WiFi Indoor y Outdoor.<\/h4>\n

-Conocimientos de Sistemas operativos Servidor Windows\/Linux<\/h4>\n

-Experiencia en Soporte de Microsoft Active Directory<\/h4>\n

-Experiencia en Manejo de M\u00e1quinas Virtuales con Hyper-V Server y VMWare Server.<\/h4>\n

-Conocimientos b\u00e1sicos de plataformas IaaS : Amazon Web Services y Azure.<\/h4>\n

-Conocimientos b\u00e1sicos de soporte a Software de Productividad nube Office 365.<\/h4>\n

Responsabilidades espec\u00edficas:<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n

-Diagnosticar y reparar problemas vinculados con desperfectos de software y hardware en PC y Servidores, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n problemas de comunicaciones (Internet, Wifi, etc)<\/h4>\n

-Realizar visitas a clientes para Mantenimiento o intervenciones correctivas en PC, Redes y Servidores.<\/h4>\n

-Realizar Mantenimientos de Rutina de Servidores y Datacenter.<\/h4>\n

-Atender el servicio de Services desk de Nivel 1 para recepcionar los requerimientos\/incidentes, interpretar y registrar en sistema de Tickets<\/h4>\n

-Resolver Tickets de Soporte a usuarios y de operaciones de Servidores.<\/h4>\n

-Monitorear los sistemas de Alertas de Infraestructura mediante Dashboard y mail (Servidores, Seguridad, Backups) para crear casos cuando se detecte alguna anomal\u00eda.<\/h4>\n

-Realizar Guardias de Soporte y Monitoreo de servicios Cr\u00edticos.<\/h4>\n
